Treatment for Burnout-Recovering through Learning
Individual clients receive a distinct plan of treatment which is used to establish the causes of burnout. Treatment is done in our luxury facilities where our highly qualified clinicians use the best equipment and evidence-based strategies to treat clients individually. We don’t engage in group treatment; all our clients receive individual treatment in private.
Treatment Methods – A Unique Approach
Our doctors, psychologists and psychiatrists use a combination of psychology and psychotherapy along with complementary treatments to deliver the best treatments for our clients. Our clinical team carries out intensive laboratory tests of samples from the client to determine if they are balanced physically, biochemically, and regarding the neurochemicals in the body, as a balanced neurochemical system is essential for optimum recovery. Psychotherapy helps us to identify other burn-out inducing issues.
Our treatment program is geared towards establishing the fundamental issues that led to burnout and provide treatment such as healthy strategies of managing stress. The treatment procedure is handled with discretion, confidentiality, and without being judgmental. Our treatment touches the three core elements of the body, mind, and soul of the client so that they can live healthy and burn-out free lives.
Our treatment uses a multi-pronged strategy which includes psychology, psychotherapy, and complementary treatments. To ensure the underlying issues are correctly diagnosed, we assess the client’s physical, lifestyle, relationships, work, a genetic, and social history which can contribute to burnout.
We treat clients on an individual basis; group treatment never takes place. This helps our team of clinicians which includes (doctors, psychologists, psychotherapists, counselors, psychiatrists, nutritionists) and our complimentary team of (acupuncturists, yoga instructors, masseurs, and personal trainer) to give each client the right amount of care and support they need for complete recovery.
