Terms and Conditions – Earth Wind Fire, LLC (D/B doing Business as): HellenicPractice.com – Copyright © 2015–2025 Hellenic Practice.
This agreement is made between the individual seeking services (the “Participant”) and Earth Wind Fire LLC, a U.S.- based company D/B (doing business as HellenicPractice.com) offering third-party medical and holistic health consultancy services, detoxification, and rehabilitation programs in Greece under the name “Hellenic Practice” (the “Provider”). By signing these Terms or clicking “I accept,” the Participant confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement.
Hellenic Practice operates as a coordination and facilitation service, connecting Participants with licensed providers of: general medicine, hospitals, clinics, laboratory testing facilities, psychiatric clinics, psychiatry, neurology, psychological services, holistic services, sports and gym facilities, fitness centers, and other wellness practices in Greece. The Provider also facilitates accommodation in hotels, homes, apartments, villas, or similar options.
The Provider acts solely as an organizer and coordinator and does not itself provide medical, psychiatric, psychological, or other healthcare services. All medical decisions, diagnoses, and treatments are the exclusive responsibility of licensed professionals engaged as independent third parties.
The program operates under European Union and Greek laws, utilizing third-party consultancy and medical services. All medical, psychological, and holistic services arranged through Hellenic Practice are performed exclusively by professionals licensed to practice in Greece or, where applicable, the European Union, in accordance with Greek national law and relevant EU regulations. The Provider does not operate a licensed residential rehabilitation or inpatient treatment facility; the program is outpatient and hotel-based and is not classified as a “Recovery-Rehabilitation Center” under Greek law.
Consultations, assessments, diagnoses, prescriptions, and therapeutic interventions are conducted only by Greek-licensed psychiatrists, psychologists, physicians, or other appropriately credentialed practitioners. Any medications prescribed under the program must originate from a Greek-licensed psychiatrist or physician and are intended solely for personal use during the Participant’s stay in Greece. Medical detoxification or hospitalization, when needed, will be arranged with affiliated clinics or hospitals and agreed upon in writing, including associated costs.
Holistic, wellness, fitness, and lifestyle-related activities coordinated by Hellenic Practice are non-clinical in nature. They do not constitute, and are not represented as, inpatient rehabilitation, residential treatment, or a substitute for medical treatment. These services are provided by independent third parties and are subject to applicable Greek regulations for non-clinical wellness and lifestyle programs.
The Hellenic Practice program operates year-round. A standard program typically lasts one month (four weeks), Monday through Friday. Saturdays may include half-day activities upon request, and Sundays are reserved for rest or optional leisure activities (such as pre-arranged field trips, dining, or shopping).
Program fees generally include:
Final program details are provided upon arrival and may be adjusted to meet individual needs by mutual agreement. Airfare and unrelated personal expenses are not included.
Accommodation is included in the program and arranged by the Provider. To ensure safety and confidentiality, exact locations will not be disclosed on the website or in general electronic communications until payment is received and Terms are accepted. Last-minute changes may be considered if mutually agreed and alternatives are available.
Additional or upgraded accommodation (for example, private villas or luxury apartments) may be arranged upon request and may incur extra charges. Hospitals, clinics, gyms, wellness centers, hotels, short-term rentals, and similar facilities used in connection with the program are independently operated and are not owned or managed as medical or rehabilitation facilities by the Provider.
Participants must generally be at least 18 years old to attend the Program. Minors aged 8–17 may participate only:
If a minor is found to be participating without valid consent, their participation may be terminated and any fees paid may be forfeited.
All Participants must complete an admission inquiry form at https://hellenicpractice.com/admission-inquiry/ for review. The Provider reserves the right to accept or reject applications at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide reasons. Delayed responses may reflect processing overload or a decision not to accept an application.
Participants acknowledge that Hellenic Practice acts solely as a facilitator and not as a healthcare provider. All treatment decisions, including diagnoses, prescriptions, and care plans, rest exclusively with the licensed Greek professionals delivering care.
Participants agree to:
Participants are responsible for their personal belongings. Safe boxes may be provided upon request.
The Provider maintains a zero-tolerance policy for illegal acts under Greek and EU law, including but not limited to possession, use, or trafficking of illegal substances, violence, harassment, or serious misconduct.
To help ensure safety:
Violations of the law or program rules, including possession or use of illegal substances, may result in immediate termination of participation without refund.
Use of electronic devices (such as mobile phones, laptops, cameras) is prohibited during structured program activities where such use could disrupt operations or compromise confidentiality. Devices may be used during free time, subject to Provider guidelines and any medical advice restricting their use.
Participants with dietary restrictions, allergies, disabilities, or other special needs must inform the Provider before booking. The Provider will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such needs but cannot guarantee full satisfaction in all circumstances (for example, due to ingredient availability or local limitations). For medically necessary diets or supplements, Participants must follow written instructions from qualified medical professionals involved in the program.
13.1 Payment Obligations
No payment obligation exists until the Participant confirms their booking by signing these Terms and/or completing an online payment for the chosen program, accommodation type, duration, and agreed payment method (such as bank transfer, credit card, or another mutually agreed method).
The Provider may appoint managers or authorized representatives to process payments outside Earth Wind Fire LLC’s banking network. All cash payments will be documented with receipts.
The Provider does not employ local Greek staff; individuals delivering services are independent self-employed professionals, volunteers, or third-party consultants.
13.2 Standard Payments and Refund Policy
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
A special payment plan may be offered under which the Participant pays a 50% reservation deposit and completes the remaining balance within 7–10 days after arrival. Any alternative payment arrangements must be agreed in writing at the time of final reservation.
13.3 Cancellations by the Provider
If the Provider cancels a program before it begins, any fees paid for that program will be refunded in full. The Provider’s liability in such cases is strictly limited to the refund of amounts paid; no additional compensation is due.
All other refunds, where applicable, are governed exclusively by the refund rules set out in this section.
All personal and medical information collected through hellenicpractice.com or in connection with the program is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Greek data protection laws.
Participants consent to the collection, storage, and use of their personal and medical information by Earth Wind Fire LLC and authorized personnel for:
Information will be treated as confidential and will not be shared with unauthorized third parties, except where required by law or necessary to protect life or safety. Participants may request deletion of their data in writing, subject to legal record-keeping requirements.
The Provider aims to ensure that advertising and promotional materials comply with Greek and EU rules governing healthcare and wellness communications. By using the website or enrolling in the program, Participants agree to receive communication related to their booking, program arrangements, and essential updates. Participants may opt out of non-essential marketing communications where legally permitted.
Smoking is prohibited inside all program premises and third-party indoor locations used by the program. Smoking of legal products is permitted only in designated outdoor areas, unless restricted by medical advice or local rules.
Discounts may be offered for groups of three or more Participants. One individual will act as the group leader and coordinate arrangements with the Provider. Nevertheless, each Participant must individually review and accept these Terms and Conditions.
Participants are strongly encouraged to obtain travel, medical, and trip-cancellation insurance from an independent provider. The Provider may assist in identifying options or supplying documentation (such as invoices) for insurance purposes but is not affiliated with any insurer and makes no guarantee that any claim will be approved. If an insurance claim is denied, the Participant agrees that the Provider has no liability for any uncovered costs.
Participants understand and agree that:
By accepting these Terms, the Participant agrees to hold harmless and indemnify Earth Wind Fire LLC, Hellenic Practice, and their officers, members, agents, and representatives from claims, damages, injuries, losses, or expenses arising from:
The Provider’s total liability, if any, is limited to the total fees actually paid by the Participant for the program in question.
Hellenic Practice welcomes Participants of any race, color, nationality, or ethnic origin. The program does not discriminate in the provision of services on the basis of legally protected characteristics. The Provider is not responsible for personal disputes, legal issues, or injuries involving Participants or their visitors arising outside the scope of the organized program.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Greece. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the competent courts of Greece, and the Participant expressly consents to the jurisdiction of such courts. Where applicable and agreed, disputes may also be resolved through arbitration in Greece, according to Greek law.
These Terms and Conditions, together with any written program description, payment agreement, or supplemental documents expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between the Participant and the Provider regarding participation in the Hellenic Practice program. Any prior understandings or communications, whether written or oral, are superseded.
By electronically accepting the Terms and Conditions on www.hellenicpractice.com or by signing a written copy, the Participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all provisions. Breach of these Terms may result in immediate revocation of participation without refund.
