Terms and Conditions
This agreement is made between the Participant, the person seeking our services, (referred to as “Participant”) and Earth Wind Fire LLC (the “Provider”), a U.S.-based company offering detoxification and rehabilitation programs in Greece under the name “Hellenic Practice.” The program operates under EU and Greek laws, utilizing third-party medical services. By signing or clicking “I accept,” the Participant agrees to these Terms.

Payment Obligations
No payment obligation exists unless our terms and conditions are signed upon arrival or confirmed via online payment for the program, accommodation type, duration, and chosen payment method, bank transfer, credit card, or other payment method that can be mutually agreed upon.

Eligibility
Participants must be at least 18 years old. Minors may only participate with legal parental consent and appropriate documentation. If a minor is found without valid consent, their account will be canceled, and all fees forfeited.

Program Cancellation
The Provider reserves the right to cancel the program for violations of these terms, including illegal acts or misconduct. In such cases, fees are non-refundable.

Zero Tolerance Policy
The Program enforces a zero-tolerance policy for illegal acts per local Greek and EU laws. Violations such as substance abuse, aggressive behavior, or failure to follow program rules may result in immediate cancellation of participation without refund.

Search Rights
The Provider reserves the right to conduct searches for prohibited items or substances at any time to ensure safety.

Payment Processing
The Program may appoint managers to process payments outside of Earth Wind Fire LLC’s banking network. All cash deposits will be documented with receipts.

Program Overview
The Hellenic Practice program operates year-round, typically lasting one month (4 weeks), Monday through Friday. Saturdays may include half-day activities upon request, while Sundays are designated for rest or leisure activities such as pre-arranged field trips in the Attika area, dining, or shopping.
The program fee covers basic accommodation, meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner), prescribed medications from affiliated medical professionals, local transportation, holistic activities, psychological and psychiatric evaluations, and customizable field trips.  Costs for medical detoxification or hospitalization will be included based on individual needs and must be mutually agreed upon in writing.The program encompasses various rehabilitation services, including psychiatric evaluation, psychological support, personalized sessions, detoxification services, nutrition assessment and meal planning, as well as educational modules provided by certified trainers and holistic practitioners. Final program details will be provided upon arrival and can be adjusted to meet individual needs. Program charges also cover third-party services related to medical care and rehabilitation materials for participants. Airfare is not included in the program fees.

Accommodation
Accommodation is included in the Hellenic Practice program and arranged by the Provider. To ensure customer safety and confidentiality, the exact location will not be disclosed on our website or in electronic communications until after payment and acceptance of our terms. Last-minute changes may be accommodated if mutually agreed upon and alternatives are available. Additional quality accommodations, such as private villas or luxury condos, can be arranged upon request. Extra services, including hospital care, massages, private transportation, personal guides, and language translation, may incur additional charges.

Other Terms and Conditions

By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the Participant agrees to hold harmless Earth Wind Fire LLC (the “Provider”) and its affiliates from any injuries or damages incurred while in Greece or while using third-party services, including residential homes, detox clinics, hospitals, and transportation providers. Third-party providers are responsible for their actions and may carry their own liability insurance.
These Terms are governed by Greek law. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration or legal proceedings in accordance with Greek law.
Participants are encouraged to obtain individual travel insurance for their stay abroad. Earth Wind Fire LLC can assist with securing such insurance; however, we are not affiliated with any health insurance companies. We can provide invoices for services rendered, but we cannot guarantee reimbursement from insurance providers. If an insurance claim is denied, the Participant agrees that the Provider is not liable. 

Accommodation and Admission Requirements

Participants must be at least 18 years old to attend the Program. Minors aged 8 to 17 may only enroll if accommodated separately under a complementary agreement that addresses their needs and supervision by adults. Minors must provide valid legal documentation granting parental consent for participation, which the Provider reserves the right to verify.

Health & Safety

Participants are responsible for their own safety and belongings and must consider the safety of others. Safe boxes are available upon request. The Provider may conduct searches for illicit substances or prohibited items to ensure safety. Participants risk cancellation without refund for possession or use of illegal substances. Clinical blood screenings may be conducted to check for substance abuse as per the guidance of a medical professional from affiliated clinics.

Use of Electronic Devices

The use of electronic devices (e.g., mobile phones, laptops, cameras) is strictly prohibited only during program activities to protect participant privacy and proper program operations. Devices may be used during free time as directed by the Provider, unless prohibited by a doctor or medical professional.

Special Requirements

Participants with dietary restrictions or special needs should inform the Provider prior to booking. While we strive to accommodate all requests, we cannot guarantee total satisfaction, sometimes there are restrictions in finding specific ingredients or supplements, however we always find alternative solutions to finding specific food ingredients or supplements. For specific dietary needs related to medical conditions, participants must follow detailed instructions from a qualified medical professionals offered in our program.

Payment & Refunds

Full payment is required at booking. A full refund is available with a 30-day cancellation notice; a 30% refund is available with a 15-day notice. No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 15 days of the program start date.
We offer a special payment program, in which the Participant can make a 50% (fifty per cent ) reservation deposit and complete the remaining balance 7 to 10 days after arrival, this or other payment forms need to be mutually agreed in writing at the moment of final reservation.

Cancellations by Program Provider

If the Provider cancels the program before it starts, a full refund will be issued. In such cases, liability is limited to the refund of fees paid. All bookings are firm, and fees are refundable only as stated.

Travel Insurance

Participants are encouraged to obtain travel insurance from a third-party provider.

Personal Information Collection

Participants consent to Earth Wind Fire LLC and its authorized personnel collecting personal information and medical records related to the program. This information will be kept confidential and not shared with third parties. Participants may request in writing for their data to be deleted from our records.

Smoking Policy

Smoking is prohibited inside Hellenic Practice premises and third-party locations. Smoking of legal products is permitted in designated outdoor areas, unless prohibited by a medical professional or doctor.

Group Bookings

Discounts are available for groups of three or more participants. One individual must act as the group leader, coordinating all arrangements. Each participant must agree to these terms individually.

Special Terms

The Hellenic Practice program welcomes participants of any race, color, nationality, or ethnic origin. The program is not liable for personal injuries or legal issues involving participants or their visitors.

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by Greek law. Any disputes will be resolved in Greek courts, where the Participant consents to jurisdiction.

Entire Agreement

By electronically accepting up on the terms and conditions of www.helenicpractice.com, the Participant acknowledges reading and agreeing to all Terms and Conditions. Breaching these provisions may result in immediate revocation of participation status without refund.

Admission Requirements

Participants must complete an admission inquiry form at this link  https://hellenicpractice.com/admission-inquiry/ for review. The Provider reserves the right to reject applications without notice. Delays in response may indicate processing overload or denial of acceptance.
