Rick Xatziou - CEO Hellenic Practice
Rick takes care of management and operations and is the founder of the Hellenic Practice. Rick holds a degree in Economics and Commerce, As a businessman, Rick established a trading company in 1996 producing and exporting Organic and Gourmet food and beverage products. He became a player in the Mental and Addictions healthcare industry in the year 2014. Rick and our team of healthcare professionals will be waiting to receive you in Greece and provide you with one of the best rehabilitation programs in the world.

Dr. Edgardo Gonzalez, Director
Dr. Edgardo Gonzalez is an Orthopedic Surgeon certified as Physician Surgical Assistant by The American Board of Surgical Assistants (ABSA). Licensed to practice as a Surgical First Assistant by the Texas Medical Board. Edgardo is a founding member of the Hellenic Practice with a mission to help other people suffering from physical and mental health problems to a living a healthier life.

Ioannis Velentzas, Psychiatrist & Neurologist PhD - Germany / Greece
Ioannis possesses many years of experience in the field of Psychiatry and Neurology, he is a specialist in the treatment of mental disorders and addictions with a passion for healing people in need. Ioannis is a Graduate of the Medical School of the Ludwig Maximilians University Munich 1982. After joining the Hellenic Practice program, he saddled with the medical management of the Hellenic Practice rehabilitation program in collaboration with many national and international healthcare professionals.

Iota Afentaouly, Psychologist - Neurologist PhD - Greece
Panagiota is a professional psychologist and neurologist with many years of experience in the treatment of psychological disorders and addictions. She uses her experience to help participants in our programs to understand better the underlying causes of their problems and how to solve them. Panagiota graduated from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki with a B.Sc. in Psychology and holds an M.Sc. in Media Psychology from the Panteion University of Athens.

Violeta Anninou & Nutritionist PhD - Greece
Violeta is a professional nutritionist with a passion for helping people achieve optimal nutrition and health. As a member of the Hellenic Practice team, Violeta guides you the best way of achieving a balanced nutritional program to develop a sustainable body weight. Violeta is a graduate of the Diplomate and Board Certified Quantum Academies, Beverly Hills, California, USA. She holds an Honors degree in Molecular Biology from the University of Delaware, USA. Violeta has two Ph.D. including a doctorate in Holistic Nutrition, Highest Honors, USA, and a Medical Board Certified Biofeedback Doctorate from the International Medical University of Nature Medicine.

Hlias Rouiz, Personal Trainer & Spiritual counselor - Greece
Ilias is a professional personal & spiritual trainer, martial arts and sports practitioner, with a passion for helping people achieve optimal nutrition and health. As a member of the Hellenic Practice team, Ilias guides you on learning the best way of achieving a balanced physical activity program that will help you develop a sustainable body weight, desired appearance that is appropriate for your age and physical condition.

George Vassiliou, Psychologist - Greece
George is a professional psychologist, personal trainer, and nutritional & supplement advisor. George has a passion for helping people achieve longevity and optimal health through various practices such as: Cognitive psychology, Nutrition & Supplementation guidance, spiritual practice, and life coaching seminars. George is a graduate in Cognitive Science, at New Bulgarian University and an honorable member of the Hellenic Practice team.

Kostantina Manzika, Dancing Teacher, Yoga & Tai Chi instructor - Greece
Kostantina is a Professional Dancing Teacher, her love and passion with the art of dancing include various credentials, including: Ballet, Modern, Contemporary, and Greek traditional techniques. Her dream to dance started from young age and continues to be so, Kostantina and her team of professionals helps people with various activities like, Dance Therapy, Therapeutic Psychosomatic Dancing, Yoga & Aerial Yoga, Pilates, TRX, Tai Chi and Role-play theater. She joined the Hellenic Practice to help you enjoy the art of dancing which we all believe is an essential catalyst for a prosperous and healthy living.

Stella Tsenga, Paramedic nurse - Greece
Stella is a Professional Paramedic Nurse, she is in charge of the Hellenic Practice medicine supply and monitoring the health condition of our clients in Greece, she also organizes all the doctors’s prescribed medications and making sure they are taken on time and in proper amounts as per the original prescriptions. Stella joined the Hellenic Practice program team in 2019, helping our clients achieve sobriety to live an addiction free life. Stella holds a Government Accreditation as a surgeon assistant and her experience extends to working in emergency ambulances.

Gian Petrucci, Program assistant
Giani possesses many years of experience in the field of rehab center operations and management, he uses his long years of knowledge to help clients in our program be comfortable and safe for providing a positive environment to better understand the underlying causes of their addictions and psychological disorders into developing a balanced and healthy lifestyle. Giani also participates in group meetings.

Anna Xristopoulou, Public Relations - Greece
Danay manages Hellenic Practice program’s public relations in Greece. She is in charge of organizing local activities for program participants during their treatment, an essential social element in social integration that helps our clients ease back into society. Anna joined the Hellenic Practice program team in 2022, helping our clients achieve sobriety to live a life free of addiction.

Tasos Kalaitzis, Music Teacher - Greece
Tasos Kalaitzisis is a Music Teacher and Producer with extensive experience in Greek ancient, traditional and contemporary music. He is a talented musician and composer, live performance artist and orchestra director. He graduated from the Pinthanio School of Music with a degree in Orchestra Management and Piano. Tasos held positions at the Maria Eikonomakou School of Music and the Orfeas Music School between 1998-2002. He established a music studio in 2002 where he records both Greek and international artists. Tasos joined the Hellenic Practice program in 2017 and is the director of the music therapy program.

Raul Ramirez, Public Relations - Latin America
Raul is a business administration professional who graduated from “UNAM” – Autonomous National University of Mexico – In the year 2008 he was offered a position to work for the largest addiction treatment rehabilitation center in Mexico “Oceanica” where he was in charge of management and operations, this position led him to achieve extensive experience in understanding the rehabilitation medical industry. Raul joined the Hellenic Practice program in 2017 an is in charge of Central and south America public relations and sales.

Nutritionist Profesionals
Hellenic Practice nutritionists help program participants learn the science of nutrition and learn important topics such as the food categories, methods of preparation, quality and the importance of drinking pure water. As part of our educational program, clients will also learn the fundamentals of out-door and in-door agriculture, to mention few. The primary purpose of these educational modules is to help our clients know how to detox their bodies, eat healthy and maintain proper fitness and strength levels that will provide the body with vitality and longevity.

Physical Activity Instructors
At Hellenic Practice, our physical activity instructors are highly experienced experts in teaching clients the best ways of detoxifying the body of the suffering caused by chemical dependency, thus allowing for a long-lasting recovery. Physical activity involves exerting the muscles through movement of body parts, burning a considerably high amount of energy in the process. Physical activities are highly beneficial to the health. Some common physical activities are walking, jumping, running, dancing, gardening, swimming, yoga, etc.
